Jay Longo

Jay Longo is an architect and design partner in the Chicago office of SCB. Since 1994, he has focused on the sustainable design of office, retail, multifamily residential, and educational buildings in the US, Mexico, and Asia. He has won numerous local and national design awards, given lectures at several universities, and appeared on NPR radio and WICU television programs. Recently, he has been exploring using timber structures and digital fabrication for both buildings and facades. He lives in Rogers Park with his wife, two boys, cat (Skinny B), and their beagle named Gallo.

Cindy Alderson

Cindy Alderson is a leader in the Real Estate industry with years of experience and knowledge. Cindy started her career in the industry in 1998 as a loan originator. She also opened and ran a successful store in Orland Mall for a number of years and currently resides in Orland Park. In 2004 Cindy was licensed in Real Estate and realized that Real Estate was her true passion. To date Cindy has assisted in numerous transactions with buyers, sellers, renters, investors and commercial clientele.

Susan Winter

Susan Winter leads museum storage development and design. With a strong knowledge of both collections and the art of storage, Susan has been responsible for installations at many leading museum institutions such as The Field Museum, Colorado Historical Society, University Michigan Museum of Art, Science and Industry, Clyfford Still Museum just to name a few.

Randi Moxi

As a child, Randi spent a great deal of time with her paternal grandmother, Sally, who ran the local Animal Shelter and Humane Society in West Virginia. This experience has made her a life long advocate for and rescuer of abused and neglected animals.

Randi studied Theater and Communications at Marshall University and owns her own Marketing, Branding and Event Production Company in Chicago. She lives in the suburbs with her amazing husband and four rescued, pit bull mix “fur children”. She continues to honor her grandmother’s legacy through being an advocate for animals in every way she can.

Alex Morales

Alex Morales is an artist that owns Smartmouth Designs in Chicago. Smartmouth designs has designed some of the most popular restaurants and bars in the area including but not limited to Frontier, Sunda, FMK and Celeste.

Al Rajabi

Al Rajabi is a successful hotel owner and developer. He began his journey as a Sociology Major at University of California and
soon found himself fascinated in the arena of real estate, specifically hospitality. He just recently purchased The Historical
Arlington Hotel in Hot Springs Arkansas and is undergoing a major renovation. Al loves animals and traveling in his free time.

Nicole Quattrocki

Nicole Quattrocki has spent most of her professional career in the area of marketing and design. She started her journey with an art degree from Columbia College and shortly after started a successful handbag line in Los Angeles. She, herself is an artist and incorporates arts in as much as everything that she does both personally and professionally when she has the time. She is the mom of two pit bull rescues, Gigi and Kyah that are a huge inspiration and reason why she started her organization.

Deborah Sas

Deborah Sas joined MCI-USA  in 2015 as the Senior Director of Fundraising, working primarily with the Incentive Research Foundation (IRF).  She has over 12 years of non-profit sponsorship development and sales experience with a specialization in asset evaluations for Strategic Partnership Programs.

She has worked with Trade Associations including ASAE, NCSEA and MPI, transitioning organizational a ’la carte sponsorships into multi-year programs resulting in increased value for the supplier membership and extensive revenue growth for the organization. In addition to her experience with sponsorship development, Deborah has experience managing special fundraising events for non-profit organizations and companies.

Deborah earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from The Catholic University of America.
